HR 9106 Introduced Re-checks Congress.gov for new actions and updates the bill's status, and fills in any sponsors, committees, or related bills that are missing. It does not re-pull sponsors/cosponsors/committees/related — those rarely change — and it skips all work if nothing has changed upstream, so it's cheap to click.
Robert Lodge Medal of Honor Act
To authorize the President to award the Medal of Honor to Robert Lodge for acts of valor as a member of the Air Force during the Vietnam War.
Summary
This bill authorizes the President to award the Medal of Honor to Robert Lodge, an Air Force member who served during the Vietnam War. The bill waives the normal time limitations that apply to awarding the Medal of Honor, allowing the award to be given for Lodge's actions on May 10, 1972, despite the many decades that have passed since the service.
