Railroad Retirement Fairness Act
To amend the Railroad Retirement Act of 1974 to eliminate certain deductions for annuities under the Act.
Summary

It accomplishes this by striking subdivision (6) from Section 2(f) of the Act, which currently contains deduction requirements. This change would affect how railroad retirement annuities are calculated for beneficiaries. The measure was introduced in the House and referred to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure.
