Summary

The bill would nullify two specific Federal Communications Commission actions related to broadband deployment: the FCC's 2018 order titled "Accelerating Wireless and Wireline Broadband Deployment by Removing Barriers to Infrastructure Investment" and the FCC's Declaratory Ruling in "Third Report and Order and Declaratory Ruling" (FCC 18-111). By voiding these FCC actions, the bill would restore any state and local government rights or requirements that were affected by those FCC orders.
