Summary

The bill removes a federal restriction that currently prevents veterans from receiving benefits under both the Department of Veterans Affairs Veteran Readiness and Employment program and VA educational assistance programs at the same time. By repealing subsection (b) of section 3695 of title 38, United States Code, the bill would allow eligible veterans to access both types of assistance concurrently.
