Summary

The bill requires the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to submit quarterly reports to Congress on the administration of VA housing loan benefits. Each quarterly report must include information on the number of loans insured or guaranteed, applications denied, loans refinanced, delinquent payments (60 days and 90 days late), and full-time employees in the VA Home Loan Guaranty Service. The bill adds this requirement while preserving existing annual reporting obligations.
