Ms. Hageman introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Energy and Commerce

A BILL

To provide a sunset for section 230 of the Communications Act of 1934, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the “Sunset To Reform Section 230 Act”.

SEC. 2. SUNSET.

Section 230 of the Communications Act of 1934 (47 U.S.C. 230) is amended by adding at the end the following:

“(g) Sunset.—This section shall have no force or effect after December 31, 2026.”. <all>
