Summary

This bill requires that all products offered for sale in gift shops and visitor centers of National Park System units be produced in the United States, effective one year after enactment. Products must meet three criteria: final assembly or processing must occur in the United States, all significant processing must occur in the United States, and all or virtually all ingredients or components must be made and sourced in the United States. The Secretary of the Interior must establish certification, audit, and enforcement procedures by the effective date to ensure compliance with these requirements.
