A BILL

To extend the authorization of appropriations for PFAS research and development by the Environmental Protection Agency.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the “PFAS Research and Development Reauthorization Act of 2025”.

SEC. 2. AUTHORIZATION.

Section 7362(b) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 (15 U.S.C. 8962(b)) is amended by striking “2024” and inserting “2030”. <all>
