To amend the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act to waive entrance fees to national parks on Federal holidays, and for other purposes.
Summary
This bill amends federal law to waive entrance fees for national parks and national wildlife refuges on Federal holidays. The requirement applies to any national park or wildlife refuge unit that normally charges an entrance fee. Instead of collecting entrance fees on days designated as Federal holidays under federal law, these facilities would admit visitors free of charge.
