HR 6515 Introduced Re-checks Congress.gov for new actions and updates the bill's status, and fills in any sponsors, committees, or related bills that are missing. It does not re-pull sponsors/cosponsors/committees/related — those rarely change — and it skips all work if nothing has changed upstream, so it's cheap to click.

To amend the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act to prevent duplicate enrollments in Exchanges.
Summary
This Act amends the Affordable Care Act to require the Secretary of Health and Human Services to establish a process within 60 days to identify duplicate enrollments in health insurance Exchanges. The process must check whether a social security number provided by an individual seeking coverage matches any other enrollee's social security number in any Exchange for the same coverage period. If duplicate social security numbers are identified, the Secretary must take actions to prevent duplicate advance payments of premium tax credits to the same individual.
