HR 6110 Introduced Re-checks Congress.gov for new actions and updates the bill's status, and fills in any sponsors, committees, or related bills that are missing. It does not re-pull sponsors/cosponsors/committees/related — those rarely change — and it skips all work if nothing has changed upstream, so it's cheap to click.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to require Medicare Advantage plans to automatically reconsider determinations denying coverage.
Summary
This bill would amend Medicare Advantage plan rules to require automatic reconsideration of all determinations denying coverage. Currently, Medicare Advantage plans only reconsider coverage denials when enrollees request reconsideration. Under this bill, plans would be required to automatically reconsider all coverage denials without waiting for an enrollee request. The reconsideration process would begin on the date the initial denial determination is made rather than when a request is received.
