Summary
This bill would prohibit Federal funds from being provided to any local educational agency that imposes or enforces a COVID-19 vaccine requirement on students as a condition of enrollment at public elementary or secondary schools served by the agency. The bill would use the definitions of "elementary school," "local educational agency," and "secondary school" from the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965. The effect would be to withhold all Federal education funding from school districts with COVID-19 vaccine mandates for students.
