Introduced Sep 26, 2025

Latest action (Sep 26, 2025) Referred to the House Committee on the Judiciary.

Summary

This bill would codify existing visa sanctions that deny entry to the United States to members of the Palestine Liberation Organization and officials of the Palestinian Authority. The Secretary of State could waive these sanctions on a case-by-case basis for renewable 180-day periods only if the Secretary determines that the PLO and Palestinian Authority are not supporting terrorism, not encouraging violence through incitement or glorification, not pursuing actions against Israel at international courts, and not providing payments to terrorists and their families. The bill would expire seven years after enactment.
