A BILL
To prohibit male students from participating in female sports at schools operated by the Department of Defense Education Activity, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the “Protecting Girls’ Sports for Military Kids Act”.
SEC. 2. PROHIBITION ON MALE PARTICIPATION IN FEMALE SPORTS AT DODEA SCHOOLS.
(a) In General.—A male student may not participate in a female sport at a school operated by the Department of Defense Education Activity.
(b) Definitions.—In this section:
(1) Female.—The term “female” refers to an individual who naturally has, had, will have, or would have, but for a developmental or genetic anomaly or historical accident, the reproductive system that at some point produces, transports, and uses eggs for fertilization.
(2) Female sport.—The term “female sport” means an athletic program or activity designated exclusively for participation by students who are female.
(3) Male.—The term “male” refers to an individual who naturally has, had, will have, or would have, but for a developmental or genetic anomaly or historical accident, the reproductive system that at some point produces, transports, and uses sperm for fertilization. <all>
