Safe Drinking Water for Disadvantaged Communities Act
To provide that funds made available under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act for lead service line replacement projects be provided to disadvantaged communities in the form of forgivable loans or grants, and for other purposes.
Summary
This bill requires that funds from the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act designated for lead service line replacement be distributed to disadvantaged communities in the form of forgivable loans or grants rather than as regular loans.
