Mr. Finstad introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Veterans’ Affairs

A BILL

To authorize the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to enter into a lease for a Vet Center in Mankato, Minnesota.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. AUTHORITY OF SECRETARY OF VETERANS AFFAIRS TO ENTER INTO A LEASE FOR A VET CENTER IN MANKATO, MINNESOTA.

Subject to the availability of appropriations for such purpose, the Secretary of Veterans Affairs may obligate or expend not more than $1,400,000 during fiscal years 2025 through 2026 to enter into a lease for a Vet Center (as defined in section 1712A of title 38, United States Code) in Mankato, Minnesota. <all>
