HR 4515 Introduced Re-checks Congress.gov for new actions and updates the bill's status, and fills in any sponsors, committees, or related bills that are missing. It does not re-pull sponsors/cosponsors/committees/related — those rarely change — and it skips all work if nothing has changed upstream, so it's cheap to click.

To amend the Safe and Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act of 1994 to provide for the establishment of school violence prevention hotlines.
Summary
The bill would amend the Safe and Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act of 1994 to require local educational agencies to establish school violence prevention hotlines in partnership with schools, law enforcement officials, and community groups to report threats of violence made at school. It would allocate 5 percent of funding to local educational agencies that have established or propose to establish such hotlines, by redirecting funding from other program areas that would decrease from 30 percent to 25 percent allocation.
