To amend the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 with respect to the authorized use of certain user fees collected for recreation sites, and for other purposes.
Summary
This bill would amend the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 to modify how recreation user fees can be used at federal water resource projects. Currently, fees collected at a specific recreation site can only be used at that same site. The amendment would allow fees collected at a recreation site to be used at any recreation site or facility located at the same civil works project where the fee was collected.
