HR 4328 Introduced Re-checks Congress.gov for new actions and updates the bill's status, and fills in any sponsors, committees, or related bills that are missing. It does not re-pull sponsors/cosponsors/committees/related — those rarely change — and it skips all work if nothing has changed upstream, so it's cheap to click.
Wyoming Education Trust Modernization Act
To amend the Act of July 10, 1890, to modify certain provisions relating to the disposal of public land in the State of Wyoming for educational purposes.
Summary
This bill amends the Act of July 10, 1890, which governs the disposal of public land in Wyoming for educational purposes, by making technical changes to modernize the language used in three sections of the 1890 Act. Specifically, the bill replaces terminology referring to "interest of" with "earnings on" in sections 5 and 7, and replaces "income thereof" with "earnings on which" in section 8. These amendments appear to update the terminology used to describe how earnings or returns from disposed public land are handled, though the specific operational impact depends on the full context of those sections in the original 1890 Act.
