Mr. Burchett introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure

A BILL

To codify the executive order relating to Enforcing Commonsense Rules of the Road for America’s Truck Drivers.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the “Executive Order 14286 Act of 2025”.

SEC. 2. CODIFICATION OF EXECUTIVE ORDER.

Executive Order 14286 (relating to Enforcing Commonsense Rules of the Road for America’s Truck Drivers (signed on April 28, 2025)) shall have the force and effect of law. <all>
