It does not re-pull sponsors/cosponsors/committees/related — those rarely change — and it skips all work if nothing has changed upstream, so it's cheap to click.
Support for Quantum Supply Chains Act
To amend the National Quantum Initiative Act to accelerate the development of supply chain supporting technology for quantum information science, technology, and engineering to support United States competitiveness, reduce risks in the quantum supply chain, and for other purposes.
Summary
This bill amends the National Quantum Initiative Act to require the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) to establish or expand partnerships with public and private sector entities to accelerate development of domestic quantum supply chain technologies and reduce vulnerabilities in the quantum supply chain. The bill also requires NIST to identify quantum supply chain and supply chain-supporting technologies necessary to ensure United States competitiveness in quantum information science, technology, and engineering. These amendments expand NIST's role in developing and strengthening the domestic quantum technology supply chain.
