A BILL
To prohibit Federal service academies from providing training and education based on critical race theory or diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the “Focusing Academies on Leadership and Cultivating Officers for National Security Act” or the “FALCONS Act”.
SEC. 2. PROHIBITION ON TRAINING AND EDUCATION AT FEDERAL SERVICE ACADEMIES REGARDING CRITICAL RACE THEORY, DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION.
No Federal funds may be obligated or expended to establish a curriculum, or to provide training or education based on critical race theory, diversity, equity, and inclusion at any of the following institutions:
(1) The United States Military Academy.
(2) The United States Naval Academy.
(3) The United States Air Force Academy.
(4) The United States Coast Guard Academy.
(5) The United States Merchant Marine Academy. <all>
