HR 3636 Introduced Re-checks Congress.gov for new actions and updates the bill's status, and fills in any sponsors, committees, or related bills that are missing. It does not re-pull sponsors/cosponsors/committees/related — those rarely change — and it skips all work if nothing has changed upstream, so it's cheap to click.

To amend title 10, United States Code, to improve the process by which the Secretary of Defense verifies that health care professionals of the military departments are appropriately licensed.
Summary
The bill requires the Secretary of Defense to establish a centralized system to verify that health care professionals working at Department of Defense medical facilities are appropriately licensed. Commanding officers at DoD health care facilities would use this system to verify licensure of health care professionals regardless of the location of the facility or the military service branch. At least 90 percent of verifications must be completed within seven days of a commanding officer's request, unless the health care professional has an adverse record.
