HR 3451 Introduced Re-checks Congress.gov for new actions and updates the bill's status, and fills in any sponsors, committees, or related bills that are missing. It does not re-pull sponsors/cosponsors/committees/related — those rarely change — and it skips all work if nothing has changed upstream, so it's cheap to click.

To amend the National Trails System Act to direct the Secretary of the Interior to conduct a study on the feasibility of designating the Bonneville Shoreline Trail.
Summary
This bill amends the National Trails System Act to add the Bonneville Shoreline Trail to the system of trails and potential trails authorized for study. The Bonneville Shoreline Trail is approximately 280 miles long, extending from the Idaho-Utah border to Nephi, Utah, and follows the Bonneville bench created by the historic Lake Bonneville. Adding the trail to the National Trails System Act would authorize feasibility studies on designating it as a national trail.
