HR 3261 Introduced Re-checks Congress.gov for new actions and updates the bill's status, and fills in any sponsors, committees, or related bills that are missing. It does not re-pull sponsors/cosponsors/committees/related — those rarely change — and it skips all work if nothing has changed upstream, so it's cheap to click.
VA Employee Fairness Act of 2025
To amend title 38, United States Code, to modify authorities relating to the collective bargaining of employees in the Veterans Health Administration.
Summary
This bill modifies federal law governing collective bargaining for Veterans Health Administration employees. It removes three subsections from title 38 of the United States Code and elevates a remaining subsection in their place. The amendments do not affect the Secretary of Veterans Affairs' existing authorities over employee incentive pay, expedited hiring, or related matters.
