A BILL
To compensate victims of theft of supplemental nutrition assistance program benefits, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the “Original Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Safeguarding Eligible Clients Under Reimbursement Enforcement Act of 2025” or the “SNAP SECURE Act of 2025”.
SEC. 2. REINSTATEMENT OF FUNDING FOR SNAP BENEFIT REPLACEMENT.
Section 501(b)(2)(C) of division HH of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023 (7 U.S.C. 2016a(b)(2)(C)) is amended by striking “2024” and inserting “2034”. <all>
