It does not re-pull sponsors/cosponsors/committees/related — those rarely change — and it skips all work if nothing has changed upstream, so it's cheap to click.

Summary
This bill prohibits natural asset companies from entering into any agreements involving land or natural assets in the State of Utah. Natural asset companies are defined as corporations that hold rights to the ecological performance of a defined area and have authority to manage it for conservation, restoration, or sustainable management, or similar companies. The prohibition prevents these entities from making agreements with respect to any land located in Utah or any natural assets on or in such land. The bill effectively restricts the activities of natural asset companies within Utah's borders.
