The bill also rescinds any unobligated balances of federal appropriations previously made to the Corporation for Public Broadcasting under the Consolidated Appropriations Acts of 2023 and 2024. The effect is to eliminate all federal financial support for the Corporation for Public Broadcasting and claw back any previously appropriated but unspent funds.
