A BILL

To amend the Public Health Service Act to expand coverage for adult children.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the “Launching with Healthcare Act”.

SEC. 2. EXTENDING REQUIRED DEPENDENT COVERAGE.

(a) In General.—Section 2714(a) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300gg-14(a)) is amended by striking “26” and inserting “31”.

(b) Effective Date.—The amendment made by subsection (a) shall apply with respect to plan years beginning after December 31, 2026. <all>
