HJRES 58 Introduced Re-checks Congress.gov for new actions and updates the bill's status, and fills in any sponsors, committees, or related bills that are missing. It does not re-pull sponsors/cosponsors/committees/related — those rarely change — and it skips all work if nothing has changed upstream, so it's cheap to click.

Summary
This joint resolution would disapprove a 2025 Medicare rule issued by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services that sets payment rates and requirements for home health services, quality reporting, value-based purchasing programs, and intravenous immune globulin services. If passed and signed into law, the rule would be nullified and have no legal effect. This is a Congressional Review Act resolution, a legislative mechanism that allows Congress to reject federal agency regulations.
