HJRES 45 Introduced Re-checks Congress.gov for new actions and updates the bill's status, and fills in any sponsors, committees, or related bills that are missing. It does not re-pull sponsors/cosponsors/committees/related — those rarely change — and it skips all work if nothing has changed upstream, so it's cheap to click.

Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to ``Reconsideration of the Dust-Lead Hazard Standards and Dust-Lead Post-Abatement Clearance Levels''.
Summary
This joint resolution would disapprove an Environmental Protection Agency rule that reconsiders standards for lead dust hazards and clearance levels following lead abatement work, which was published in the Federal Register on November 12, 2024. Under the Congressional Review Act, if this resolution passes both chambers of Congress, the EPA rule would be invalidated and have no effect. This expedited process allows Congress to disapprove federal agency rules under specific statutory procedures.
