HJRES 30 Introduced Re-checks Congress.gov for new actions and updates the bill's status, and fills in any sponsors, committees, or related bills that are missing. It does not re-pull sponsors/cosponsors/committees/related — those rarely change — and it skips all work if nothing has changed upstream, so it's cheap to click.

Summary
This joint resolution would disapprove an Environmental Protection Agency rule about phasing down hydrofluorocarbons (chemicals used in air conditioning and refrigeration systems) and managing substitute chemicals. If Congress approves this resolution, the EPA rule would be repealed and no longer in effect. The rule being challenged was issued in October 2024 under the American Innovation and Manufacturing Act.
